BirdDogBot 2.xx New Features & Demos – BirdDogBot Support

Take a trip down memory lane and witness the evolution of BirdDogBot in our second generation. These were the updates we made in our second version.

Added ability to export deals and buyers to an excel spreadsheet.
Added ability to select multiple deals for delete.
Added ability to create a customized property description on the property's proforma page.
Added thumbnails of properties to the "My Deals" list.
Various bug fixes to address issues with gathering data from automated search sites.

Added an "Expand" and "Collapse" button to search interface.
Created a BirdDogBot Knowledge Base to answer commonly asked questions.
Added ability to search the knowledge base directly from the Help page in the member's site.
Added pop-up "Help" on pages for easy contact with our support desk.
Added email notifications in the event that a BirdDogBot scheduled task fails to run.
Various bug fixes to address issues with gathering data from automated search sites.

Now gathering and calculating data based on square footage and price per square foot.
Ability to search by county on Realtor.com.
Additional bug fixes to address compatibility issues with sites from which we gather data.

Ability to duplicate a search with a "Copy Search" feature.
Ability to apply your default Search & Analysis Settings to all existing searches.
Plus, all the features we've added since verison 1.13 in anticpation of this launch.
