How To Add/Edit Your Own Deals

The following video shows you how to add your own deals for BirdDogBot to analyze, just like it analyzes properties when performing a search. You'll also learn how to edit any deal in the system. You can skip to the 0:57 point in this video to go straight to the part that relates to this article.

NOTE: Editing market values, rental income estimates, and/or expense estimates is done on the property's proforma page by doing the following:

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Deals > My Deals.
3. Click on the address of the property you wish to edit. This will take you to the property's proforma page.
4. Make the necessary changes.
   • For market values and rental income estimates:
     1. Scroll down to the "Property Research" section.
     2. Click on the "+" icon to add a market value and/or rental income estimate.
     3. Enter the information in the box that appears.
     4. Click the "Save" button.
   • For expense estimates:
     1. Scroll down to the "Business Plan" section and look at the "Expenses" section.
     2. Click on the pencil icon to edit your expense estimates.
     3. Enter the information in the box that appears.
     4. Click the "Save Expense Estimates" button.
   All calculations for this deal will automatically be recalculated and updated.
