Email notifications are sent to the email address you use to login to your BirdDogBot account only after BirdDogBot automatically runs your search projects on a daily basis. This usually happens at around 8:00am Eastern time.
If you're trying to use our Email Search Summary Notifications feature and do not seem to be receiving our emails, here's a few common solutions to fixing this problem:
- First, confirm that your email address is correct. To do this, login to your account and go to Settings > My Profile > Account Settings (tab). Make sure the email address does not contain any typos. If there is an error, please see the "How Do I Update My Email Address?" article.
- Go to Settings > Search & Analysis Settings > Options (tab). Make sure that "Search & Analysis Summary" is turned ON. If it is set to OFF, turn it ON and click the "Save Search Options" button.
- Check your Spam folder in your email. Perhaps your email account is starting to mark them as spam. If so, then add noreply@birddogbot.net to your "safe senders list" in your email program. If you need help doing that, check out our "How To Make Sure You Get Our Emails" article that shows you how to do that.
If you've checked all of these items and still do not receive your Email Search Summary Notifications, then please contact support for additional assistance.
